Please note: Sessions are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in appointments.
WHAT TO WEAR: General
- Choose clothing that fits well, feels comfortable, and looks sharp.
- Jackets and shirts should fit properly—ill-fitting clothing is noticeable in photos.
- Keep clothing simple and professional; avoid busy patterns or bold stripes.
- Skip turtlenecks, as they tend to crowd the face.
- Ensure clothing is freshly pressed and looks new or like new. If you need to change into your wardrobe here, we can always accommodate
- Blue, green, or turquoise tones can highlight blue/green/hazel eyes.
MEN:
- Standard: suit jacket, dress shirt, and tie.
- Business casual: jacket with an open-collar shirt, shirt and tie without a jacket, or a dress shirt alone.
- For a no-jacket look, choose darker-colored shirts (avoid plain white on its own unless layered under a jacket or sweater).
WOMEN:
- Avoid large prints or overly busy patterns.
- Select a neckline that complements your face shape.
- For a no-jacket look, bring blouses in colors darker than your skin tone.
JEWELRY:
- Keep it minimal—simple pieces work best.
- Avoid distracting or dated styles.
- Remember: the focus is your face, not the jewelry.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Lip balm
- Hairbrush/comb
- Makeup and hair products you prefer (especially if you have sensitivities or allergies)
SESSION PREP TIPS:
- Arrive with hair styled and makeup already applied.
- Wear clean, natural-looking makeup (a matte finish works best).
- Apply a light layer of translucent powder—it helps reduce shine, smooth skin tone, and photograph beautifully.
- Avoid shimmer or glitter products.
- Do not schedule a haircut immediately before your session.
- Avoid trying new skincare, hair, or makeup products right before your shoot, as they may cause irritation.
